CCS Insight is a UK-based technology research company that provides market analysis and advisory services to clients across telecoms, media and enterprise technology. With a strong reputation for insight on emerging technologies like AI, 5G and mobile devices, the company is known for making complex industry shifts easier to understand. Their headquarters is in London, and they work with businesses globally.
When they approached Averma, their existing website no longer reflected the quality of their work. The design had started to feel dated. Visual elements weren’t consistent across pages, and the site didn’t feel like it belonged to a company leading in their field. Over time, bits had been bolted on, resulting in a website that felt fragmented and difficult to manage. On top of that, the presentation of key reports and service areas didn’t feel clear or well structured.
We started by carrying out a detailed review of the entire site. This included competitor benchmarking and mapping out the areas where user experience could be improved. The project focused on both updating the design and improving how the company’s services and expertise were presented online. The new structure made it easier for users to find what they needed, while the updated visuals helped build trust and reinforced their authority in the industry.
Once the design and structure were agreed, we developed the site using a flexible WordPress backend so the team could manage content more easily. We paid particular attention to layout consistency, legibility, and overall visual balance, so that reports, services and news could sit together as part of a clear, cohesive experience.
Alongside the website, we worked with CCS Insight to overhaul a wide range of internal marketing assets. We updated product sheets, client presentations, and digital PDFs to bring everything in line with the new brand direction. The goal was consistency; not just in how things looked, but in how they felt. The result was a stronger, more unified identity across every channel.
The team now has a website that’s easier to manage, more aligned with the business, and better equipped to support their marketing and communications work. It also gives clients and stakeholders a much clearer picture of what CCS Insight does and the value they offer.
We handled the project from our base in Horley, Surrey, with input from our London locations in Peckham and Hampstead. Like many of our projects, this one was about taking something that already had substance and reshaping it so that it worked harder and felt sharper; without overcomplicating it.
