The museum is operated as a not-for-profit initiative and is based in the UK, although its audience is international.
When the team at the Mobile Phone Museum got in touch, the priority was getting proper visibility on how the site was performing. We handled the full setup of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), making sure it was configured to track the metrics that actually matter to them. This included setting up custom events, meaningful conversion tracking, and reports that gave a clearer picture of user behaviour. We also set up Google Tag Manager for flexible event tracking and integrated Google Search Console to monitor how the site performs in search results.
