Known for their expertise in areas such as AI, 5G and mobile, they have a reputation for making industry changes clear and practical. Their London headquarters supports a global client base. Their previous website did not reflect the quality of their work. Visuals were inconsistent, navigation was fragmented and the presentation of reports and services lacked structure.
Our Approach
We carried out a full review of the site, benchmarking against competitors and mapping user journeys. The goal was to create a more consistent and professional experience. Content was restructured so reports and services were easier to find. Visual design was updated to support credibility and brand recognition. The new structure simplified navigation, helping visitors reach the information they wanted in fewer steps.
Design and Results
The design focused on consistency and readability across all sections. Built on WordPress, the site gives the CCS team flexibility to update content while keeping layouts uniform. Reports, services and news now sit together as part of a single framework. We also refreshed supporting assets, including product sheets and presentations, so digital and offline materials were aligned.
The result is a site that is easier for CCS Insight to manage, sharper in design, and better aligned with their position in the market. It supports communications with clients and stakeholders, while giving a clearer view of the company’s expertise and value.
