A fraud detection organisation had expanded their offering to include professional training and qualifications in their industry.
Initially they required a brand awareness campaign as whilst they were known in the industry for their B2B services, they were not yet considered the “go-to” provider for training.
The initial campaign was completed and live within two weeks of the first consultation. Success was defined by traffic, dwell time and enquiries.
Following the resounding success of the initial campaign the client requested a follow up campaign focussing on the individual courses required, and this time with a focus on ROI calculated via number of bookings.
The client also required data on user journey to present to the board to justify further changes and project development.

The initial campaigns generated highly targeted traffic for a niche area with close interactions between our teams and multiple internal departments who were invested in the project.
Interaction rates were excellent and frequent reporting and detailed analysis has been produced to facilitate a short and medium term plan for this area of the business.
